Session time includes consultation, movement and postural assessment, hands-on treatment, and discussion of exercises or self-care strategies to support your ongoing progress.

Hours:

Monday: 10:15am – 6:15pm

Tuesday: 10:15am – 6:15pm

Wednesday: 10:15am – 6:15pm

Thursday: 10:15am – 6:15pm

Friday: 10:15am – 6:15pm

I allow 30 minutes between clients as there is no waiting room.
